myrobots.com to Android #5

User story:
Need to (poll?) myrobots.com to check for instructions to send to the rover so 
that the user can use another computer and/or android to remote control it 
(start, stop minimally, and other functions as he gains them)

Purpose of code to be implemented or task to be completed:
  * get data down from myrobots.com
  * parse the data into the commands that the rover understands
