Universal joints cannot be controlled #10

As Nao does not use any universal joints, they have not yet been implemented in 
TinMan.  Someone may wish to use them, however.

As no agents use this joint type, and future agents are unlikely to use it, I'm 
removing this from the code.  If needed in future, it can be re-added.

Universal joints are just two co-incident hinge joints.  Modelling them as two 
separate joints is more conventional and convenient anyway.
