Notification windows galore #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a lot of configurations to tunnelblick
2. Connect them once and then disconnect them 

What is the expected output?
You'll see when the connection state changes, the "notification window" will 
popup for the connection.

What do you see instead?
I see the "notification window" for all the others currently unused 
connections, too (they had to be used at least once in the past)

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
tunnelblick 3.3.0 on osx 10.8.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
3.2.x ddi not have this behaviour, it started with 3.3.0

Notification windows for disconnected configurations will not appear if you 
un-check "Show when disconnected" under "Notification window" on the 
"Appearance" panel of the "VPN Details…" window.
