Spanish localization for Xee 2.1 #209

I've been working on a spanish localization of this excellent software. It's 
about Xee 2.1. 
I attach a zipped Spanish.lproj folder.
If you are agree, you can include it into the Resources folder.
Excepting the frameworks, all files are translated, including the Credits.rtf 
file put also into the 
Spanish.lproj folder.

Added a Spanish localization by miliuco (you can link to www.miliuco.net)
instead of
