Command-W doesn't work in fullscreen #226

It's not possible to close the current window but keep Xee open from
fullscreen, need to either quit entirely with cmd-Q or go back to windowed
and only then close the window.

I get that it's probably the default Cocoa behavior, but still it would be
nice if cmd-W in fullscreen just closed the image.
