Just downloaded, installed. Won't open any picture format or any menu items

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose "Open" for any pic format
2. Choose any menu item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expect to see a picture to rotate, crop. Nothing opens
2. Expect all menu items to work. Clicked on "About Xee" and nothing happens, 
no info about version available. Click on "Preferences" and nothing happens. 
etc etc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OSX 10.6.4: Clicked on "About Xee" and nothing happens, no info about 
version available.

Please provide any additional information below.

Obviously I can't reproduce this. You will have to try and find some more 
information about what causes this.

Does it happen on other computers? Does it happen if you try downloading and 
installing again? Are you running any haxies or other patches?
