I literally have no idea if these are the right changes to make: they did allow it to compile, and work with PUBSUB linking.

I'm not expecting this to be merged as-is.

Changes have been applied in https://github.com/nahanni/rw_redis_fdw/commit/7043c94bd6103caea3dd43cad3bf3883ab1a50fa I had to retain compatibility with 9.4 so there's additional version checking in the code to support it.
