Describe the solution you'd like Add a button that allows a user to input the maximum amount allowed to withdraw or deposit with one click.

Additional context The max button should subtract the amount of gas required to execute the transaction for ETH. See #12 for more details.

Stepwise breakdown

[x] Add a new button component.
[x] Add handler that allows a user to set the amount to deposit/withdraw equal their balance.
[x] Maximum ETH to deposit should not give errors due to not enough ETH for gas.

Definition of done

[x] A user can set the maximum amount with one click.
