Publish SDK

Describe the solution you'd like Have an easily downloadable version of the SDK available through NPM for third parties and ourselves.

Additional context We do not use external users to publish NPM packages. Instead, we use a devOps approach.

The SDK runtime might need to be made compatible with either Node 12.13 or Node 14.

Stepwise breakdown

• [x] Create build steps for the SDK.
• [x] Fix any issues related to the runtime. (See ticket #1)
• [x] Run the build process, resulting in a publish to NPM.

Definition of done

• [x] NPM package @nahmii/sdk should be available publicly.
