Option to show only latest revision of each branch in revisions tab of switch to dialog #11

I would find it very helpful if only the latest revision of each branch (both 
named and unnamed) were shown in the revisions tab of the switch to dialog.

This should reduce the time it takes to populate the dialog box with revisions.

I believe this should be enabled by default.

Looks like I've over looked the use of the heads tab. 

This can probably be rejected.
