History view doesn't show file versions past current version of working copy #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Switch project to some changeset in the middle of revisions history
2. Open history view on some frequently changed file (MANIFEST.MF)
3. The first changeset on top is the last changeset before the current 
changeset, not the last committed changeset on that file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the full history from 0 to tip, especially if I'm investigating 
regressions happened in the middle. In that case I currently can't compare with 
the latest committed version from history view, I must use Compare 
with->Another changeset, which is far less intuitive as from History view 
directly.
