When comparing an the current outgoing changeset the compare editor should allow quickly switching to view where left is workspace/editable #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When comparing an outgoing changeset that is also the current changeset the 
compare editor should have a button to compare workspace with changeset parent. 
This would save a few steps when making changes while reviewing your own 
outgoing changeset.
