Tags dialog has problems if there is lots of tags #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create 3000 tags
2. Right click on the project and select Team > Tags
3. Select "Remove tag" tab
4. Resize dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Observered: windows go black inside and outside of Eclipse. About a minute 
after closing Eclipse it goes back to normal.
