error, when low disk space on ve #306

Steps to reproduce:
1. On the ve is low disk space(100%)
2. Click to this ve in left panel

Actual result:
Write the red box "You use 100% of disk space. Clean the disk or increase the 
diskspace limit"

Expected result:
ruby standart error "See errors in production.log"

Version of the product: 2.0

Server OS: CentOS 5.6

Browser: All
