vm and backup files are delete before migration was compelte #392

Steps to reproduce:
1. start migration
2. migration stopped or bring a error
3. files are delete or incomplete

complete vm is after this process unusable. 

vm and backup file´s may only deleted, if migraten is successful completed, 
but not before!!!

Version of the product: newest

Server OS: debian squeeze 64 bit

Browser: ie/ff

Additional information: we have lost one of our vm´s and cant rebuild this :(
