Web GUI not available after successful install #513

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use single like sh install script
2. Go to ip:3000

Actual result: This page can't be displayed

Expected result: Web GUI

Version of the product: 2.4

Server OS: Centos6

Browser: IE and Chrome

Additional information: I have followed all steps to install openvz and ovz web 
panel straight from the wiki on a brand new server that was just provisioned, 
nothing else has been done to them other than installing the items that the 
wiki said were requirements.
