Error while installing this plugin #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the plugin redmine_dmsf_1.2.2
2. copy the folder to vendor/pluings
3. run command: rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production

rake showed following error:
rake aborted!
uninitialized constant Rails::Plugin::ProjectTabsExtended

Redmine version: Redmine 1.3.1.stable (MySQL)
