DMSF tab not visible to non-admin accounts #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging in as a non-administrator
2. Not seeing the "DMSF" tab for a project

Non-administrator users are simply not seeing the DMSF tab in their projects.

Redmine 1.1.0
Latest version of DMSF (1.2.2)

Please provide any additional information below.

There's a new permission added that controls tab visibility.  

As administrator, navigate to:

Administration / Roles 

and then edit each user role (i.e. 'Developer/Contrubutor') your using and 
grant 'browse documents' permission in the dmsf section.
