{{macro_list}} - output broken #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a wiki page that contains {{macro_list}}
2. view it

What is the expected output?
some dmsf-macro and it's parameters

What do you see instead?
Error executing the dmsfd macro (Couldn't find DmsfFile with id=file_id [)

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using? 
  redmine_dmsf                   1.4.7 stable

On what browser and operating system?
  should affect any browser.

  Redmine version                2.4.2.stable.12743
  Ruby version                   2.0.0-p0 (2013-02-24) [x86_64-linux]
  Rails version                  3.2.16
