Transformation and Correlation will become super slow if sample size is large (>= 1000) #18

Need to add an option to pop up warnings for data with larger sample size Maybe run it automatically for samples (genes) less than 200?

For 500 samples, calculating correlation takes more than 15 seconds, corrplot takes more than 20 seconds
