다른 컴포넌트와 통일성을 위해 api 통신을 fetch에서 axios로 수정했습니다.
예외 처리는 try, catch로 수정했습니다.
input을 관리하던 useRef는 삭제했습니다. 버튼 활성화에 이미 useState의 값이 사용되고 있으며, 아이디와 비밀번호의 변경은 고비용의 값이 아니기 때문에 추가적인 useRef는 불필요하다고 생각했습니다.
