when users scroll down the page, the navigation bar gets hidden by the articles or content on the page, making it difficult for users to access the navigation menu and navigate through the website. To improve the user experience and ensure easy access to the navigation bar at all times, the goal is to implement a solution that fixes the navigation bar in place, making it always visible regardless of the scrolling position. This way, users can quickly and easily access the navigation menu without having to scroll back to the top of the page or search for it.

seems like you already fixed it, i pull other minor fixes, there are some wrong things, if i want to fix them i have to change a lot of things, every change is commented on the file
