Identify public databases for food data and create their importers

We can keep a running list of sources here:

• http://www.ncc.umn.edu/food-and-nutrient-database/
• https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/download-datasets.html

Once established, we need to:

• [ ] plan the data integration (how their schema maps to ours and how schemas from different sources map to eachother)
• [ ] build downloaders or api consumers for each source
• [ ] build importers for each source
• [ ] create django commands to use those importers
