Minor design changes #2

  1. Mostly Font style changes, lighter weights
  2. Added open sans
  3. Added sass watch instead of Make (couldn't get Make to work) Maybe we should add that to the readme ( compile with sass --watch )
  4. Curious directory structure, 2015/style > scss which exports to ../public/2015/style - not sure i follow why ?
