update(dependencytrack): better concurrency for fetching apps & no sbom fix

For get of applications vulnz.
Due to nature of dp-track API it returns different responses when it comes to determine if the project has a SBOM.
If a SBOM been registered in the latest index of dp-track, the metrics field in the project will have a registered length of components.
That differs from projects that does not have a registered SBOM.
