Changes:
Renamed config.yml to .config.yml
Added instructions to copy .config.yml to config.yml
Added config.yml to .gitignore
Benefits:
Allows drop-in of a personal config.yml
Provides a default config.yml as an example
Prevents accidental overwrite of a modified config.yml
