Wanted options for Gift -

1. "Collect" : ['Always', 'Hourly', '2 Hours', etc, 'Manual']
2. "Send" : as above.
3. "Return" : ['Same as Received', 'Latest', 'Random', list_of_gifts]
4. "Limit per user" : ['no limit', 1 ... 10] (daily limit per user per day)
5. "Random send to" : ['Random', 'Over level xx']
6. "Random daily limit" ; [0 - 30]

Gift needs to talk to Army for remembering who's given gifts.

Also needs to be able to "star" (like Elite) - if someone is starred and it's 
possible to send a gift to them (as under the collect and send timers) then do 
so (they don't turn up to send if they've got a gift waiting).

Needs to also store the number of gifts a user has sent and been sent (for 
display).

Might be worth adding a "no gift" tick to certain users - if they've got a bad 
returning reputation...

I'm happy to gift but it can take ages, so when using random gift option any 
chance it can be changed so that everyone gets the same random gift so that one 
gift page comes up with whoever is on the list and send to be done with it all 
in one go?

I think it would also be nice to be the option of:
7. Send Gift [select from list, or specify gift #] to user [enter names, or 
user ids (separated by commas)]
This way we could send a specific gift to specific people, like guild members 
or group members, every day.
It would also be nice to have an option to: "send 1 per day, or Send whenever 
possible"

I just hate the thought of wasting unsent gifts, especially with the sending 
limit.
