Gift page refresh times out #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Enable gift worker, and set Queue-delay between events to 5 seconds.
2.  Watch gift worker try to send out gifts.
3.  Watch gift worker time out on facebook pop-up because gift page FORCE 
forces page refresh, which takes longer than 5 seconds, so it assumes the 
action didn't work.  Facebook pop-up will be loaded twice, and say you are 
sending out twice as many gifts as you are.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Timeout should be extended to account for FORCE page refresh time.

When I disable the gift worker, the golem still tries to send gifts even after 
all gifts have been received and sent.  This disables the golem. I even dragged 
the worker below 'idle' and this still happens.  Here is what appears in the 
console:

[r845] [06:22:37] Queue: Trigger Army (continue after load)
p_100000013384740=57Failed to load resource

I am using Chrome browser.

Armi is th offending worker. Disable it & move below idle to get golem going 
again.

Gift will hang, refreshes page with: 
http://apps.facebook.com/castle_age/gift.php?app_friends=c then shows gift 
table but not sending or moving on. unchecked Gift, paused and reset still 
hangs on gift screen.
