Upgrade keeps loosing settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an upgrade script
2. Run Golem for a while
3. At some point the script disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keep my settings!

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
R1137 FF4.0.1 on web3

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)
Nope

Please provide any additional information below.
Settings also disappear when the browser is closed and reopened

The loosing setting in between browser restarts happens for other text fields 
like monster priority list.

Is this still an issue? I haven't had golem lose any settings on me unless it 
crashes just as I'm making a change. Keep in mind that if you are editing any 
large text field, as with scripts, and your browser closes before you have 
chance to click or tab out of that field, those changes may be lost. Golem will 
save the changes almost instantly if you leave the text field first though. 
This would only be an issue if your browser crashed or closed mid edit.
