No longer starting up. #359

I downloaded the newest release.  Now golem will never run for me anymore on 
web3 or on normal castleage.  It never even tries to start up.  It acts as 
though it is disabled.  I have checked enabled and disabled it several times to 
make sure.  i am running chrome if that helps at all.

Does anything show up in the error console?

Nothing shows up at all.  The program itself basically never loads and starts.  
All I get is the normal castle age screen with nothing else.

Golem should start fine on web3, but hasn't been able to run on Facebook since 
June. I've removed handling of Facebook for now in r1163, and slightly relaxed 
the path restriction to the web3 platform. Are you able to start this version 
on web3 now?
