Add open4 as a gem dependency and specify default font-families #11

Hey there, two small additions: starting with an empty gemset, I had to also install open4 to make slidedown work, so I added it as a dependency. Also, as I don't have Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, the pre blocks were showing in the default serif font.

Maybe a point release to include this and other fixes?

+1 to "Add open4 dependency". I had to do the same thing.
