PlayFile #70

When I use PlayFile to play a Music/SFX, after the Sfx ends the file seems to 
remains open because I if try to replace it on explorer I get an error. Is this 
correct and expected?

Correct? Maybe no, but expected by me :) Decoder will close the file only when 
new one plays.
