pr2d_rect #74

pr2d_rect seems to be ignoring the camera!

Is this expected? 

It would be nice to pr2d_rect and other primitives also support camera.

You are doing something wrong. Remember the demo with penguins - all text boxes 
above them rotating and moving with penguins. Primitives just can't ignore 
changes of matrix.
