version 1.2d becomes unresponsive after a few days #22

The current version becomes unresponsive after a few days and needs to be restarted. It would be interesting to add a functionality that allows it to restart automatically every few hours and thus avoid these situations.

I faced the same issue with version 1.2. With version 1.3 it is the same with but with a higher occurency. I can try to provide more info if required, just let me know.

@nicolassolop I noticed that removing the oled screen is improving a lot the stability.
