Highlight already connected strips on verobaord #221

It would be a very cool feature to have an automatic highlighting of stripes 
that are connected to a part. This feature would reach maximum power when the 
highlighting would be terminated by cuts!

My suggestion may help highlight connections. I lock the board layer to dim it, 
then use traces of the same width as a strip and coloured brown, to show 
electrically functional lengths of strip. I find it helps a lot.
