Bulk Copy: Don't attempt pre-copy delete if target class doesn't exist #321

If the pre-copy delete option is set to true, the bulk copy process will 
perform an FDO delete operation, even if the target class specified doesn't 
exist. This will result in a logged error that shouldn't have happened in the 
first place.
