Error message when starting program #344

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

FDOToolbox-Release-1.0b4-x86 on WinXP

After installing the software and opening the program I get an error.  I 
uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same error message.  After clicking OK, 
I am able to continue using the program...although not sure if the file not 
found "OCI.dll" will cause any issues.  See attached screenshot of the error 
message.

This is a boilerplate "error" message thrown by the Oracle FDO provider because 
you do not have the Oracle Instant Client libraries installed. If you don't use 
Oracle, this is safe to ignore. To stop getting these errors again, you can 
unregister the Oracle provider from the FDO provider registry by going to:

Tools -> FDO -> Unregister Provider

And select the Oracle Provider. This will remove the Oracle Provider from the 
list of registered providers, ensuring this error won't be shown again.
