Chrome sometimes misaligns Identify results column headings with values #153

If the identify tool is used in Google Chrome and the horizontal scrollbar is
used to scroll all the way to the right if enough results are shown so that the
vertical scrollbar appears on the right then a misalignment happens between the
table's column headings and column values.

Two screenshots attached - one with shift and one without.

Tested with Chrome version 19.0.1084.56 m on Windows 7.

Steps:

Open OLIVER.
Add the datalayer "Pre-kindergarden to High School Buildings".
Select the "i" identify tool.
Draw a box around more than 10 or so schools (this will make the vertical
scrollbar appear for the default Identify results window).
Choose the row "Pre-kindergarden to High School Buildings" in the Identify
results window's Data layers area.
After the rows results appear in the Feature details area, scroll all the way
to the right. Just before you get all the way to the right the column headings
and values are lined up. But once you reach the far right the results become
shifted.
