Automatically close the filter builder dialog after query is submitted #159

Loni Plocinski of DCR suggested: 

It’d be nice if upon completing an initial filter/query, the “filter 
builder” box disappeared when the user clicked “cancel” or “apply.” 
At the moment, it stays put, even under the “identify results” box, which 
is a little cumbersome when the user wants to see which features have been 
selected (or are highlighted) via the “identify results” box.

Aleda thinks this is a good suggestion, since the Filter Builder hangs onto the 
filter anyway.  Let's see what users think overall.
