Add type-ahead functionality in the Filter Builder multiselect #162

This may not be possible to do with the tool.  Keeping the multiselect 
functionality is more important.  But with a dropdown with a lot of values such 
as the dor_la3.php I find myself wishing there was type-ahead functionality.
