Add tool to pop up coordinates #166

While the coordinates can be seen in the lower right when moving the mouse, 
they can't be copy/pasted.  A tool to enable a click on the map to pop up the 
current coordinates (whatever type is set) would enable the user to copy/paste. 

Suggested by DEP Aaron Richer, viewers requested in a similar viewer.
