Windows wxplorer: with multiple files, rightclick , add to 7z ultra does not seem to create archive #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In windows explorer, select multiple files in a directory.
2. Right click, select add to 7z (have seen this with other Peazip shell
handlers as well)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: one archive with .7z (or whatever) extension created, or perhaps a
dialog asking for confirmation.
Actual: multiple peazip instances opened that seem to hang (switching to them
shows no screen or info). Have to kill them with task manager.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Peazip 4.9.2, Windows Vista x64 SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
If I select add to archive and continue, multiple peazip instances appear as
well, but in addition I see the regular progress screen.
However, once I alt-tab to other programs, the progress screen does not show.
Perhaps simply a case of adding some ProcessMessages calls in the progress
dialog to make sure the progress screen GUI events fire in time.

=> update: I have 5 peazip.exe instances in task mager (I have 4 physical cores
on my processor). These all appear to hang.
