[windows] Upgrade, Priority setting missing #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right click on zip
2. unzip here
3. look under progress bar the bottom left

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Priority option

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest 5.0.1 Windows 8 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I upgraded from an older version which had it was functioning fine. Once I 
upgraded it was gone. How do I get it back?

Priority option is now available rightclicking the progress wheel (on the top 
left of the main icon), however it will be restored as separate icon for better 
readability in next update.

Fixed in 5.1.0, priority option is now again featured as a separate icon (same 
as pre-5 version), on the bottom of the notification lines.
