The Ctrl+Z shortcut (by default) can be too dangerous. Request Remap to another key combination.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.
Open a zip file with lots of files.
(I was selecting all the files in the Windows version of CMake)

2.
Think you made a selection error and accidentally Ctrl+Z to 'undo' the error...

3.
Watch in horror as 200+ processes try to open one at a time (that no amount of 
task manager can fix).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
*Using Windows 7*

I agree, in next update the shortcut will be changed to Shift+Ctrl+Z.

Fixed in new 5.1.1 release, Ctrl+Z/O/W where remapped to Shift+Ctrl+Z/O/W.
