UI opening Is "slow" #281

On Windows, when you double click to open an archive it is slow, in the order 
of 2-3 seconds slow, which is dramatically noticeable. 
Compared to the nearly instant opening of 7zip it is an abyss, sure 7zip is 
really minimal on UI features, but in this matter peazip falls behind even 
against bloated software like winzip and winrar.

Some not very old version starts within one second. I can not name, as seen for 
a long time.

Hi, please note the Issue tracker has been moved to SourceForge 
https://sourceforge.net/p/peazip/tickets
Google Code does not provide a way to remove entries, only to hide Tracker tab,
