Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Which steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load the attached test.html (image also attached)

2. PNG image displays OK in HTMLViewer

3. Run a Print Preview

4. PNG image is pixelated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Image should be clear, however Image is pixelated.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?

r452. D7. Windows XP.

Please attach test html files and screenshots, if appropriate.

Please provide any additional information:

OC, out of interest horizontal rules are not being displayed in r452 either.
Can you reproduce this? Thanks!

I cannot reproduce this issue (Laz 1.1, D XE5, Win8.1).

If "pixelated" means "dithered", then DitherUnit.GetBitmap() has reduced the
number of colors.

If not, could you please post a screenshot.

Thanks

This only occurs if htPrintBackground is included in HtOptions

It also appears to be limited to PNG images.

I've attached an example.

Thanks for clarifying this. Now I can see what "pixelated" means. Most probably
this happens due to transparency of the images.

Would you mind posting the test html document(s)?
Thanks again.

Sorry for the delay.

I've attached the html and image files I used to generate the previously posted
examples.
