Please make FirstLineIndent and Buff public again #365

I am a developer of TRichView editing components (www.trichvew.com), and we 
have a component for importing from THTMLViewer to our editor.

Recently we tried to update it to support the newest version of THTMLViewer. I 
found a lot of changes that made the code more logical and clear, but there are 
two properties we need, but they are private now:
TSection.Buff
TSection.FirstLineIndent

Please return access to these properties.

r477 makes them public again. 

Buff is a readonly property now as I don't think that you want to set it.
