Shortcut "start minimized" not working in windows. #871

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set windows shortcut to start Minimized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect TRG to start minimized or in the tray area if that is selected!
It is not starting minimized in the tray area.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.1
Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I did not try to tick off the minimize to tray area feature to see if that 
worked.
