You just need to replace icon.png in /Applications/Siphon.app
Icon size should be 57x57.

And you just need to replace icon.png in
/System/Library/Preferences/SiphonSettings.bundle
Icon size should be 29x29.

If you want you can define your icon without glossy effect.
And you need to remove from Info.plist in /Applications/Siphon.app
the item : UIPrerenderedIcon

Certainly you need to rebuild SpringBoard with uicache or guiCache.

Could you post here your icon in several size 29x29, 57x57, 128x128, 512x512 in
png
without glossy effect ?

Personally, I found nice the gap between the retro icon and the modern
application !

Lubino, thanks for that, but you graphics files are not well done.. :(

The graphic need to not having any space on the border.

If you have somes (like yours) that doesn't give the expected output.
(I suppose that is why you've done another 60x60 one...)

Try with that one as icon.png to see what I mean...
