What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. can't access to setting Siphon Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
see the Siphon settings in the main menu setting of the iphone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.8 from Cydia

iphone 3G jailbreak 2.2.1

I would suggest to reinstall apps from Cydia and restart the iPhone.
